1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Back-Play, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. What Back-Play Is

Back-Play is a trade journaling tool for recording, reviewing, and analyzing backtested and live trading sessions. All P&L figures logged in Back-Play are simulated or self-reported. Back-Play does not connect to any brokerage, execute trades, or manage real funds.

Nothing in Back-Play constitutes financial advice. Past backtesting results do not guarantee future trading performance.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Back-Play. You agree not to share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively.

4. Your Content

You own the trade logs, notes, and screenshots you create in Back-Play. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to you through the platform.

We do not sell your trading data to third parties. Your session data is private to your account.

5. Voice and Screenshot Features

Back-Play uses your device microphone for voice trade logging and your screen sharing permission for automatic screenshot capture. These features are opt-in. Audio is processed locally in your browser and is not stored on our servers. Screenshots are uploaded and stored securely and are only accessible by your account.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Back-Play available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Back-Play is provided "as is." We are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or other damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
